If you rape or assault someone, and it doesn't go to court doesn't change the seriousnes of the crime, or whether its a criminal offense or not.

If you did it (or not) and if you are FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW

I wasn't on about being a criminal. I was on about whether it was a criminal act.

You are right though that you can do a criminal act without being a criminal.

You should learn to read though :wink:
