Wakefield have a decent chance of turning you over and if yesterday was anything to go by are shaping up to be a good squad even with injuries.
Personally I think it will be tight with Leeds pulling away at the end.
The reason is simple, Noble is a poor coach who compares SL teams to Dewsbury Celtic. Bluey is a great coach who respects all opposition especially Wakefield and will instill this respect into his team and thus you won't come a cropper.
That said it's a less obvious call than normal. Trinity are injury wracked but playing on emotion which makes them hard to predict. You are minus Ellis who has in recent times made a huge difference in these games. Also Burrows may not play or if he does will be a bit rusty, and in all honesty he has been a massive pain to us in the past. Player for player Leeds are clearly better by and large but those two really did make it difficult.

Wakefield 14 Leeds 28
Looks like you got a good one on loan in Halley. I thought he was one oif their better players last year when he played against Leeds.

So did I and am frankly amazed we have him even on loan.

Useful little player, I'm still puzzled as to why Bulls have shipped him out. Maybe the speed off the mark he has didn't fit it with their 'game'. He's a bit weak in the tackle and I'm sure has his faults, but no more than Platt for example. Platt is excited about Bird coming over. There's a shock!! I;m sure they'll get on like a house on fire.

I’m sure Leeds have won most of them but Wakefield like Castleford always manage to pull one out of the bag against Leeds!
I recon Leeds have won around 75% of SL games against Wakefield.
More than that I'm afraid. Wakefield have beaten Leeds 3 times at Headingly in 10 years of SL and never beaten them at BV. Cas have a far better record than we do, luckily we beat Cas for fun

Bradfuts ( did anyone else hear Willie Poching on Radio Leeds yesterday.... ) must be over 16 stone.
