JJB was a good grafting forward and has become a great talker but he’s never known anything else but playing and working at Leeds. His evangelical zeal for the golden generation dominates his thinking. He’s never been outside than small bubble. He was one small part in that success and frankly could have been replaced by any steady second row.
He got lucky playing with Sinfield, McGuire, Burrow etc.
I think he’d drive most young players bonkers with all the tales of yore.
