One thing about Olpherts is he has only played SL for 5 years so has not got as many miles on the clock as most 30 year olds. Think he’s still improving, carries the ball very well and finishing well. Think handling and defensive reads can be improved.
Huddersfield have just signed up Cudjoe for a year at 36 !

He started at Dewsbury in 2012, so has been playing for 10 years. SL since 2018 so around half that time.
My beef isn’t so much with him as a player, he’s just unnecessary especially when we have much more pressing issues than who plays second fiddle winger.
It's not how much talent you've got, it's what you do with it that counts.

I know what you are saying, I’m a little concerned about the signings mooted so far as think we still need real class not projects but if Rohan is the messiah and not just a naughty boy, I guess we need to have faith, I’m trying to convince myself more than you. Up the Peoples Front of Judea.

Some people are far too obsessed with age, at 30 he’s still got plenty of years left in him. It’s no good holding onto inferior players simply because they are younger. Ryan Hall is still one of Super Leagues best wingers and will turn 35 later this year. With Fusitu’a, Handley and Olpherts we have 3 good wingers. You need more than 17 good quality players. Tindall needs a year playing full 80 minutes and excelling in the Championship as Newman did before he’s ready for regular Super League rugby.
