There are no cowards in RL. There is people we dont like but I thinks very unfair to call them cowards. They may be dirty / cocky / arrogant / ugly but they go out everyweek and put their bodies on the line. Even if they are involved in off field "events" I think when they walk out onto any RL pitch it shows they are no cowards. Ar$£holes maybe but certainly not cowards.

Arkwroght fell into the lunacy catagory. He did not pick opponents. Paul Forber on the other hand did - usually wingers like Tex Evans who he did a particularly nasty number on.

Thats not the case.
Ask a professional who the "cheap shot merchants" are and they might name a few names but they'd never call them cowards because they all know how easy it is to target those players.
Paul Davidson managed it pretty easily at Headingly IIRC

That Saints pack was a real buch of ruffians:
Evans, Round, Forber, Haggerty, Arkwright
The sixth member of that pack had already been sent off.
John Holmes being his opposite number and Leeds' key man made him the obvious target but I can't really recall Arkwright going after any other Leeds players.
That was a one sided feud as John was a gentleman who knew how to ride the challenge and drew many a penalty for his efforts.

Wasn't he the one who threw loads of punches, got sent off, and was making all sorts of gestures to the SS as he walked back to the changing rooms in the north stand, only to hang his head as he realised that his team were using the changing rooms under the SS?
