Are your eyes painted on ? There’s nothing to misread. In the situation we are currently in maybe they should be communicating better with one another rather than giggling like little girls after such an abject performance. Too many of them obviously don’t care enough, and before anyone else says he’s only a young lad, he’s 22 . I don’t think many 12 year olds would have acted like that if they’d got a good tubbing.

You're right, 12 year olds would sulk and go down the tunnel. Since they're grown ups they don't do that and just act like normal people. The same nonsense has been levelled at all types of players and all different teams. The simple fact is they're all friends and they act like they are.

Be that as it may, the optics of it are simply not good. Laughing and joking after an abject defeat in an under performing season rightly or wrongly doesn’t help how the team is received by the fans.

Lumb is injured. Did his ankle in I think. Out for at least a couple of months. I agree, he did play with decent skill level, enthusiasm and commitment
