A fantastic 2 points, just enough sublime to make up for enough ridiculous to lose 2 games. Some really entertaining moments, an outstanding commitment to defence from everyone. Is it a sustainable approach to finish top 4 or win a final, I don't know but I'm going to have to get used to it

Leeds Rhinos Battle Hard for Dragons Win The Rhinos came into their third-round clash without the services of the injured Mikolaj Oledzki and the suspended James Donaldson and Sam Lisone as the Catalans Dragons were in Leeds looking for their third consecutive win at the start of the season.
A win by thirty-two points or more would lift the Dragons to the top of the table but a win for the Rhinos by twenty-three or more points would lift them above the visitors today and keep them in touch with the top of the table despite last weeks loss at Hull KR.
The bookies had made the Rhinos slight favourites for the win with a two-point handicap on the coupon but there was very little to choose between the two sides.

We reallly should have made more of Sims being in the bin but hey.
Really missing Oledski. Bentley not impressed me again so far.
I honestly don’t know what some people watch. Don’t comment much on here as you just get shot down, but Bentley was immense today, as he was at KR last week. I think people look for any excuse to have a pop at him.
We’ll probably find out next week whether Bentley’s energy is a major factor in our solid looking defence at the moment when he is likely to be missing due to a ban. Think Sam Tomkins pretty much nailed it in his summary. For every good thing Bentley does he usually does something bad. Obviously doesn’t like him much when he said he’s just an average player. Would we look more solid with a McDonnell/Martin back row with hopefully Gannon as backup? A great team effort today. Croft and Ackers were very good. We’re going to be great to watch in a month or so.

Just disagree mate I know he has his fans but I think he’s one of the most over-rated players ever by some. He gets smashed almost every tackle and gives penalties - occasionally wins them. Best thing he did today was get his head hit by Sims for a penalty.
If you want to know why I don’t like him - he ran through on a kick and did a wonderful job catching Johnstone I think. Then went back in for an unnecessary second bite and gets penalised. What do you watch?
Thought Croft turned the game today with another fantastic tackle which dislodged the ball when they were in good ball. I knew he could run but it’s his D I’ve been most impressed with so far, love it.
Also loved Holroyd going on a mission on Chris Satae. He was a bit clunky was Tom but he was trying to smash their biggest man all over the place . Bravo.
