course it happens. others have admitted it hence leeds have a great case. but this is the EFL run by one of Ken Bates cronies. really bielsa should have kept his mouth shut and left it at derby. Leeds can prove lampard has consistently lied about what happened

That's my view too Tad. We were going to be in bother just getting caught out with the Derby incident but perhaps a slap on the wrist. To now come out and say we have been doing it all season sort of puts in a position where practically every manager is now against us. Again there's no hard and fast rule to say we have breached it but we are not in the spirit of the game which all clubs signed up to at the start of the season. Keeping quiet was for me the most sensible option. If eventually it came out after we gained promotion then so be it. If it means we don't get promotion due to Bielsa saying what he did it could be a very costly mistake that might even mean him turning his back on the game in England.

Bristol city owner calling for points deduction. and they have rep on EFL board. congluct of interests if deduction happens. really EFL haven't a case should Leeds appeal to court of arbitration should deduction happen

I just can't see a points deduction. No rules have been broken. No laws have been broken. It'll be a fine for club and bielsa. Anything more and the lawyers will rub their hands together thinking of the appeal

any other club I agree. but it's Shaun Harvey. every club got 10 points for going into administration. we got 15. I agree Leeds lawyers will have a field day if it's a deduction. I'm guessing as Leeds haven't been charged, just asked for submissions, the EFL know this too

My understanding is the EFL have asked for the submissions first. Once received they can then make their decision which imo can then result in us being charged. Maybe they will give us a points deduction suspended for a year. In other words do it again and they can enforce it.
