Because the wording makes it sound significantly worse than what actually happened - I don't actually know where the suggestion any risk to the head or neck has come from (I didn't even recognise the incident so had to go back and rewatch the timestamp given), he is marginally late, but its hard to say as it wasn't picked up by the TV, so there are no slow mo replays, but looked completely innocuous, and Hurrell hit the Hull player in the belly/ hip region.
