His last season when he played he was fat and sh*the in every game I saw him play .....constantly dropping balls in collision and not catching etc

Fitness was definitely an issue under Furner and then Agar. Some of the physiques were a disgrace for professional sportsmen, and several are noticeably thinner after leaving Leeds.

We hear about culture being wrong at Leeds but what does that exactly mean?.....can anyone list theml 'culture' failings down? (Genuine request)
Well for years there's been a culture of players being completely overweight, Lui,Hurrell, Lolohea etc were waddling around Headingley then magically lost weight when they left and improved. The culture is a disgrace, but that stems from hiring coaches that are poor and no one respects. I still can't get over the fact Agar got another year as our coach despite clearly being a stopgap appointment that was never going to get us back properly competing. That decision to me really confirms how clueless the decision-making has been over the past.... 6 years?
When there's no coach in place, there's no foundation to build on. So we just hop from one disaster to the other.

Apart from Hurrell not being shlte for us (and playing very similarly at Saints) and Sezer not being all that good at Huddersfield those are amazing insights (the sort one might expect given the source you cite tbf).

Tui was a the wrong player for is at the time, he just wasn’t suited to the role Furner wanted him to play.
Hurrell was good for us, his last year was blighted by injury and he lost his mum, the talk of Saints miraculously turning him into a superstar is just hyperbole, he was always going to look good in a side like saints

Obviously you weren't paying attention to Sezer's Huddy career....he led the man of steel points ahead of every other SL player at one point in the first season.....think that was towards Xmas....Therefore I'd say that at least a few people thought he was decent
In addition if you think the way Konny is playing now bears any resemblance to his last season with us then you might want to have think about your own 'insights'
