perhaps you could do with an off season to reinvigorate your enthusiasm
Meaningless friendly - do I care who plays - no I don't, will I attend the game no I wont
Your job is to say to yourself on a job interview does the hiring manager likes me or not. If you aren't a particular manager's cup of tea, you haven't failed -- you've dodged a bullet.

Maybe it wouldn't fit thru the turnstile? Bit like the fat lass at Cas a few years back.

Anyway, Boxing Day....
I'll be there this year, regardless of who's fit or who's on holiday. My first BD game in a few years and the first step to hopefully getting into the top 10% of Leeds fans next season.

Given how dreadful the 2016 season was, the pre-season friendly phase of the RL year could actually matter a lot more this time around than it has for Leeds in the recent past.
In previous years the impression one gets is that these games are largely for the commercial well-being of the club, with most front-line players needing time off due to extended campaigns in the Challenge Cup, Play-Offs, internationals and sometimes WCC preparations. We've had the luxury of a lot of continuity in good form and playing staff in key positions. All this is gone now. The first team needs to hit the ground running this year, so there is more impetus to do more than give youngsters/fringe signings a run out and let regulars blow-off a few cobwebs... It will be interesting to see if the club take the friendlies a bit more seriously.

You can private message each other you know...
Also, heads up, if you don't want want to talk about a topic, or don't care, you don't have to post on that thread
Hear hear!! It is so tedious that every thread disintegrates into a boring & useless"you said, I said" slanging match between a small number of posters. No wonder so many regulars have given up on this forum. I am sorely tempted to join them. Debate & disagreement is fine but not the sort of tosh we've been reading above. Give us all a break.

My dad's harder than all of yours.

I'm writing this in red font so you three know I'm not messing about. It ends here and it ends now. Take you're childish little arguments elsewhere, stop derailing threads and stop wasting our time. Every other bluddy thread you open on here has you three calling each other names on it, well no more. I've warned all three of you officially now and I'm going to start deleting you're constant bilge.
