He meets the criteria for the award. End of.

Surely it is not about where the player plays. It is about how the young player has progressed. Are you seriously saying that he should be discriminated against because he has broken into the first team?

I dont think it matters whether or not he had broken into the team before this year more importantly he has established himself as probably one of our best players and a player I personally could see us struggling without thats why he should win the award!!

Although to be fair i think Hall is a more senior player now so shouldnt be included.
Another pearl of wisdom.
[watching Mackay testing the curry in the prison kitchens] Fletcher: Course, he sees 'imself as an authority on curry, he does, on account of where he was stationed in the army. Rudge: Where? India? Fletcher: No, Bradford.
IMO this has been Ryans break through season, he was in and out of the side in previous seasons, often swapping spots with Lee Smith, He was a very late inclusion for last years GF due to Webb's injury, but he took his opportunity and put himself in the driving seat for a starting spot in the 2009 side.
Hall has made the left wing spot his own this season, and has not only scored plenty of tries but his defense and his workrate has also been very good

I was making the point that he is now established on that wing and has made that position his. This is something you expect of a senior player. It is a testament to him that he is such a young player of the quality you'd expect a senior to produce and TBH something people (including me) forget. He fits the criteria for this deserved accolade. I also rate Watkins, but Hall will win this and deservedly so.
