Dont see why it has to be on the sunday just so the BBC can partake in their annual bloodsport fest.

The televised action will begin with the match between French side Catalans Dragons and Bradford Bulls (1430 GMT), one of five all-Super League ties.

The Rhinos and Saints, winners of the tournament for the last three years, will then follow at 1630 GMT.

I am off to see the bloodsport live on the Saturday. If you pay extra will they let you put down one of the lame horses?
