I think with the players and coaching of Tony Smith we should be watching over our shoulders IMO
Warrington don't have the squad or club structure we had when T.S took over.
He will need to re-build there whereas when he joined us he and big ali were the final pieces in our championship jigsaw.
I think it will take at least 18mths to 2 yrs to make them genuine contenders and like i said the likes of us and saints will continue to improve.

Hey, its better than what we have at the moment, and a damn sight better than what we've had for many a year, so whilst I dont think he can work miracles immediately, we should at least have some hope now!

To come into a team that has Monaghan, Mozza, Briers, both Andersons, Higham, King and Gleeson isnt a bad job to walk into.
they can beat Leeds they have shown last year they can.
He takes a much better squad here then he did at Huddersfield and he over achieved with them

Equally it'd be a f*c*ing nightmare should they decide collectively that the nightlife in warrington had much more appeal than actually winning something

It's a good first step for Warrington, but I'm of the opinion that at least 1 player in that list needs moving on before they'll ever achieve anything.
The whole culture of the club needs changing, very similar to what happened to us in the past few years, and putting a broom through the playing staff is most definitely the right start.
