Out of curiousity, does anyone (TVOC?) know how many times Burrow has been knocked out in his Leeds career?
IIRC, he has been KO'd in the 2003 CCF, the 2008 CC SF? and the 2009 WCC. All big games which we have lost.
Not taking anything away from Rob - but perhaps Leeds should think about protecting him a bit more to avoid this kind of thing happening again. He seems to be particularly prone to it.
The pass he received was telegraphed by Watmough before the ball had even gone.

Perhaps the referees, who are also there to protect a player's welfare from foul play, did their jobs a bit more too ?

Around 2003 and 2004 he picked up a large numbers of head injuries. He doesn't seem to as often now, so I think he must have adjusted his game slightly.

It shows what a vital player he is as I believe he's targeted (and I don't necessarily mean by foul play).
Last night could've been avoided if Peacock hadn't aided and abetted the Mainly forward with one of the worst hospital passes I've seen in a while. Perhaps a longer off-season could've taught Jamie how to pass eh?
Quote:Every player in our squad could probably earn more money with another club. But they prefer to sacrifice a few extra quid in their back pocket to share special memories. And playing at a place like Old Trafford on a night like this makes it all worthwhile.
