I went across today in tribute to Burrow , what a terrible sad day.
Fans fighting each other.
What a truly abysmal display.
Oledzki tried hard and was our best prop but made 3 poor errors.
The other props were utter garbage. Fusitua charging in off his wing in defence, utterly clueless.
I have to question whether some players were actually trying to get him sacked. Cam smith needs dropping. Either his confidence totally shot or he’s no longer playing for the coach. As a captain that’s unsustainable.
They have to sack him on Monday and start again.
I’m actually angry Ona day which should have been a committed display for a great man , we got that.
Shameful by some players.

The basic skills and attitude of this group are lethargic and sloppy, and to me, that's a reflection of the coach. What do they actually work on in training? I don't agree that Blease's job is that enormous. A coach who will up the intensity and tighten up the basics would improve this team greatly in a short period of time.

Totally agree. Wonder if we’re all in agreement on here now Smiths race is run… he’s out of his depth. Terribly disappointing for all and it’s not what we wanted at season start, we were expecting a good competitive season with a top 4 challenge. It’s absolutely shocking. This should have been a game where we came out firing on all cylinders. Fuming. Hull fc are poor

I've come to that conclusion. There are occasions where it just doesn't work out between coach and club and this is one of them. I genuinely wish RS well for the future but in the best interests of all concerned it's time to move on. I'm sure Blease will be having the conversation. I'm equally sure RS knows the score.

That will be Shaun Wane then? You should have gone for him before Smith. I think he was quite a poular choice on here if i remember rightly. I don't want him to leave Wigan but i would be fascinated to see what he could do at a big club in decline like Leeds or a Hull. His rugby isn't always pretty but he always gets every last drop of effort from his players. He is renowned for utilising the academy and promoting from within too. It's everything clubs like Leeds, Wigan and Saints are built on. You need somebody who gets the culture of being in charge of one of these sides. The imposters of these roles never succeed.
