Yes you can blame him for that. Sports is about taking chances, but if you continually go it alone within a team structure you'll fail more often than not. Otherwise there's no point in having a structure. It paid off this time but most of Dwyer's darts don't end in tries, they end in killed plays. Its not so much that he does it, its that he does it too often. That last play score was despite Dwyer's run, not because of it.
