Childs totally bottled it - the second attack to the head had to a Yellow card as a minimum , as demonstrated by his 4 match ban. As per usual , a total lack of consistency from the officials . The refs lack of bottle once again changes the game . Going forward , watch the St Helens kick chasers - they are never behind the kicker , but never get penalised.

Regulation 12(1) a Saints player can never be offside, EVER.
