Fair point regarding food (and I'll add diesel) these being consumed within the monthly credit card somehow slipped my mind.

Sky + Setanta + TV licence = £105+ per month. That's crazy.

I should add that my Sky includes telephone line rental and broadband out here in the sticks.

At one point they used to shows two live games,one Fri am and one Sat am and then delayed feed/highlights from another game on the Sunday.

Have they said why they are cutting the footage? I've read somewhere on the forums that its because of Magners Irish RU but as thats not on at the time the NRL matches are/were shown then its not a sceduling issue so I presume as with most things its cash and cheaper for them to show Irish RU rather than keep up with their NRL footage?

I'm not very chuffed either about the reduction of games although I do think the subscription is not too badly priced. I enjoy a lot of American sports which I get on ESPN America and if the NRL returned to Sky, I don't think it'll get better. I enjoy the Footy Show which you didn't get on Sky but I do think that when they lose one of the Premier League licences, we may just see a change of heart from Setanta. They could do with some decent presenters!!! They're more like Sky Sports News rejects!!!
