Rhinos Grind Out Win in West Yorkshire Derby
The West Yorkshire Derby saw the Rhinos make the short journey down the road to the Mend-a-Hose Jungle to take on a Castleford Tigers side who were unbeaten in their last three at home.



The Rhinos were looking to consolidate their top spot but would have to do it without the help of Sinfield, Leuluai, Briscoe and Jones-Buchanan, giving the opportunity for the youngsters to shine on a wet and muddy Castleford lunchtime.



The 'House Full' notices were out ahead of kick-off and the doors closed despite queues outside the ground. The scene was set for a battle royal.

Can't complain at the result. Leeds played the conditions better, we have returned to brain farts with ball in hand unfortunately. Leeds look Grand final bound to me.

Nice to see the old girl full despite the weather.

Probably got it from the SL site, where for some unaccountable reason they have also given 9 thousand and whatever. The official Cas site itself has got the correct figure i.e 11,235. In fact they had to turn 2 or 3 thousand away by all accounts.
