I'm aware that they are the five towns of Wakefield. I'm just wondering since Cas is one town why have they called their stadium Five Towns Park? It might be called that to incorporate Fev if at some time in the future they end up playing there. |

Like the poster above says its in Cas and not the others? They haven't called the stadium Five Towns Park. The whole project is called Five Towns Park (nature reserve, retail and stadium). It's been called that because it's about delivering a project for the benefit of the Five Towns, aimed at keeping Five Towns pounds in the five towns area than heading to Leeds or Wakefield. |

To be fair it would not take much to be better than both stadiums, the reason I said that is because there are rumours' around of financial difficulties at the club even though the recent ccj has been sorted, like Wakey and Cas before them they are unlikely to advertise their financial failings if indeed they do have debts hopefully not, which brings me back to my original tongue in cheek point, it does not matter how good the ground is it's a saleable asset if your in financial trouble. |
