Looking back to the start of the season, I now realise how we got the 3 points, it was due mainly to the bad weather which neutralised the teams, against Leeds it was awful a wet clogging pitch, similarly against Catalan, we were all thinking just wait while the dry weather and firmer pitches come we will produce some great rugby. Unfortunately that is what all the other sides have done not us. We have one player with any speed that breaks the defence that is our quality hooker Daryl Clark. Millward does not coach that, he should be coaching defensive work, and attacking plays, of which we have none. None of the tries scored against Huddersfiled yesterday were anyway to do with any coaching they were pure individuual efforts. Whereas defensively we were once again shabby, Owen tracking back with a 10 yard advantage and losing out was disgraceful. The 3 attempted tackles on mcGilvary's touch line run were amateurish.
Line defence was slow, our play the ball speed was sluggish, all things which should be coached.

I wrote earlier saying it would be the lowest Super league gate ever at Cas, how right I was, I know it was the Grand National and we are playing badly, but 3222 come on that is a joke. Only a few hundred more than Featherstone, and about 5 thousand less than Wakefield.
