do you put pictures on here

click on img box then post the location of your pic (to find this right click on your picture and select properties then copy the file name of your picture)

You write this out in a post. You subsitute the text in the middle for the direct link to your picture.

For full instructions when you are in the posting box in the bottom left hand corner you will see BBCode is ON click on that and it should give you full instructions under showing images in posts. Hope this helps
