Dicko's had his critics, especially in the early part of the season. I seem to remember that someone came on here after the Catalans game and told us that unless we got a better kicker, we'd be losing matches, and that Kirk couldn't get the goals under pressure. (I looked for the thread but couldn't find it).

Anyway, I think he's proved in the last couple of weeks that he can do the business under pressure, especially when he was in direct comparison with Tickle and Deacon who are no mug when it comes to goalkicking. Excellent kicking from the lad and let's hope there's more to come.

WELL DONE SIRE

Very good striker of the ball, and seems to off sorted his direction out a little bit. No wind yesterday and kicked em all, coinsidence?

Missed two, 4 from 6 overall.

He probably missed the easiest but I wouldn't expect him to get them all and without him we'd most likely have lost.

Definitely. Overlooked due to the focus on his kicking was the fact that he made two decent finishes for his tries. Almost had a third as well.

Smart centre play from Dean Widders as well. His turn of pace is surprising given his, shall we say, portly appearance.

Certainly did and passed 300 league points for Cas in the process.
