It’s the way he put it that got to me, I would not be bothered if he had said it in a different way. A simple “As sad as it is I will not be supporting Wakey tonight” would have done.

Be a weird feeling tonight that is for sure. I just hope our fans turn up in force and get behind the lads more than ever as they need our support

Wanting us to lose by a big score line would make it a even more tragic week for the club, whilst putting in a good performance and a quality game would mean we give a good tribute for Leon in front of his family who will be at the game tonight. I have every faith in the lads that they will do well tonight, ethier way I will clap them off as I am very proud of them. They have had to deal with a lot of adversity in recent weeks and months and they have done so in way that makes all supporters of Wakey feel very proud
