I can't see owt other than another defeat here, we're just not good enough and until we get some of our injured players back i don't see owt happening any differently to what we've seen so far. It would be nice if we had some updates from the club regarding our squad but hey ho we’ll just have to guess what's happening i suppose. Swinton by 10.

Same here it is hard to see a win for us in this game. Swinton have had no problem beating us in recent meetings and so far this season look a better side so it is up to Fax to raise their game a hell of a lot to give us something to cheer about. I don't know if anyone else as got a email from the club as a message from the board to the fans. Reading it they do thank the fans for their ongoing support but seem to think that the current lot of players will come good and we just need to keep supporting them and everything will be alright. I honestly think they could not be further from the truth, unless we bring in new players we are in danger of getting into a relegation scrap and it is very frustrating that they do not see this as even being a possibility.

If it’s the same team selection then I will go 36 - 6 swinton , ultimately Finn will bear the brunt for an unsupportive board past there sell by date team and the bs img debacle.

I'd normally say we would win this one just because everyone is expecting us to lose but if Swinton either get in front or make it a tight game they will be fully aware of just how easy we fall apart and they could put a score on us. As above we know what the team is already within a couple of players so it's hard to see anything changing. I'm going to give it a swerve, its a lot of money to watch this standard of rugby when the players appear not to be bothered.

I watched Fax lose the Championship final v Saints `66. (first game i actually remember anything about though had played on the terraces long before.)
I saw every game `77/8 including Cawoods and Huyton away. I must have been mad but I blamed it on my brother who drove. I am not quite as keen since summer rugby broke the weekly habit but try to still go to most games but more selective about away. Love Toulouse though.

Anyway I bought my ticket and expect a Fax win by 8.

To me this just shows how bad the situation is that we are in. Personally I thought Ed retired from League at the right time and a few of our other players should have gone at the same time. That we now have to bring him back is a worry.

I know what you are saying but it's needs must and Ed will never let Fax down. He's got to be an improvement on what we saw last week.

Desperate times and all that..our DR is the usual joke, the loan market is stagnant and doing nothing wasnt an option after last week..
