First round away at Oldham - they look to have recruited what would have been a strong Championship squad so should be an interesting test. |

Yes we need to come out of the blocks fast for that game. They have made a lot of signings so you would think that they will take time to gel whereas the spine of our side is a settled one. Get the job done in this game and the Hornets a week later and we will be in the quarterfinals. |

Really looking forward to these games and I wouldn’t be surprised if we came unstuck at Oldham who have built a very good squad. On a personal note I have a work colleague who is an Oldham fan so should be a good one for the banter . Haven’t been to either of these grounds so looking forward to that too . |

Boundary Park in January will be cold, should be a good crowd with it being their first game back there (might have been the odd fixture last season) and will be a good test against what looks to be a decent side, we've a good record against Sean Long recently though! Rochdale always an enjoyable trip too. Neither are glamourous ties, but should be a good couple of games before Dewsbury first in the League |
