It's time to look forward to Sunday at The Mount for one of the seasons best away days. Hopefully we can put the shocker at York well and truly behind us and get the two points to put our league season on track. SG, in my opinion, needs to finally realise that bringing in dual reg players does more harm than good, drop players who are continually making the same mistakes and play blokes in their correct positions, i.e. get back to basics. We have a great squad and for whatever reasons they are not performing as we all think they should. For what it's worth i do think we will get the win on Sunday although i can't see where that confidence comes from after enduring our last two displays at York. We allus take a good following to Mount Pleasant and with Batley doing their bit by lowering the entrance fee to £10 let's all get over there and cheer the lads to a much needed victory. Up The Fax!

It would take a big turn around in attitude from our players to get the job done on sunday it is hard getting a result there at the best of times. One thing i do like about Batley is there team spirit they can lose games like anyone else but the following week even if they are not at their best they come out fighting and grind results out where we seem to be all or nothing more resilience is needed from our players especially in games like sundays. And fair play to them for reducing their prices this year 10 quid in is as cheap as it gets at this level. We are more than capable of getting a win in this game but for me right now i just can not see it.

I wouldn't be surprised if we won this game, it would be just like how we have played this season to come away with a win when nobody is expecting anything. It's probably what makes us such a dangerous team if we manage to cling on to a play off spot.

My prediction: winning 24-6 at half time playing down the slope, then clinging on to a 30-28 victory.

Hope the whinos call on Luke Hooley for their squad on Sunday, as when he isn't included they ship him back to Batley. He's a class act.

Also heard a rumour that we might be signing Ben Kaye for the rest of the season, so will be interesting to see the squads.

Squad out, and the only change is Murray returning for Fonua (what a waste of time that was then!).

Still no Dorro, would be nice to know what's going on. Anyone seen the Disney film "Finding Dory"? Maybe they should release a follow up called "Finding Doro".

Good to see Luke Hooley in the whinos squad for Sunday. At least he won't be tormenting us!

What a waste of time indeed...again! When will we learn? As for the game and at the risk of repeating myself, that squad is well capable of bringing the points back home. But, we might win, we might lose. Who knows this season?

Good to see that the charitable-get the Cas players fit for their relegation battle at the expense of disrupting halifax-isn't being extended another week.

This DR malarky,
I don't really understand is the duper league team who say who they want to play or is it up to the junior side to request the broken unfit lazy unwanted players?

The 'junior' club do as they are told.
