Maher has gone to Dewsbury on a short 2 week loan

I think this is for the best for all concerned but why we resigned him on a 2 year deal in the first place is beyond me.

I think we signed him because by grixs’ own admission we had only signed Ryan king by the end of last season, we went through a board change and needed some forwards .

On the face of it, Will seemed a good signing as he was a regular at KR, has the size, and is a grafter. But it just hasn't worked out for whatever reason. I can't see him turning it around. Hope he does, but can't see it. He won't be cheap so hopefully a deal can be struck to help him move on.
