2023 Betfred Challenge Cup Sixth Round Draw
The draw for the sixth round of the 2023 Betfred Challenge Cup took place at the BBC in Salford this evening, as the surviving four clubs from the first five round were joined by the twelve Super League sides in the final sixteen.

After making progress in this weekend´s fifth round ties; York RLFC Knights, Halifax Panthers, Batley Bulldogs and London Broncos were all hoping to pull out one of the top clubs to test themselves against with the hope of a giant killing and progress into the quarter finals.

The draw was made live on the BBC News channel with the balls being drawn by Jodie Cunningham, England Women´s Captain.

If we get a good crowd, no injuries and avoid a humiliating drubbing I'm more than happy with that.

If we wanted to see how far we have progressed?,
we will get the answer, as Ilkley says avoid a drubbing, and get a big crowd, no injuries.
Up the Fax.

Looks like we are sure to be in round 7!
I think this is a bridge too far. I think we will get a drubbing but it will be great to one of the top British teams at the shay. They will be far too strong and fast for us but lest all get down the Shay and cheer on the blue and white.

Last time I saw Fax play Saints it was at Knowsley Road where we got smashed by 60+points to 0, must have been early 2000’s.
Hope we can avoid that kind of beating again, and no injuries.

Should bring enough cash in to enable us to add some quality to the squad which is great.

Its also the second time in recent years we have made Bradford miss out on a big game with Saints which is nice.

Already looking forward to this one and like as already been said hopefully we can get a good crowd which should boost the coffers to bring in some more players. If we can give them a good game it should be a good day for the club. They really need to give this match a big push as a club to generate as much interest as possible.

So the game will be played on a friday night and on viaplay. This will lower the crowd for the game but all being well we will still get a good turn out from both set of fans.

Crowd will be around 3000.

Saints will bring around 500.

Played on any other Sunday besides FC Wembley weekend, we'd have got 4,000 to 5,000
