Post subject:  Stay Healthy Start Writing

Stay Healthy Start Writing is the title of an article in the July issue of the Forty 20 magazine. It makes readers aware of the importance of keeping mentally as well as physically fit. This is something that not only applies to older people but also to players when they retire from playing. My suggestion to achieve this is to spend some time each week working on writing a novel based on your own life and times.
This is something that I started in 1988 as a hobby and have enjoyed doing ever since.
My six novels are all based on the old saying about work that "They could write a book about this place. It would be a best seller" and are all set against a strong rugby league background. . .
I have also written three pages of general advice to encourage other rugby league people to do the same. If this interests you or maybe an older relative or friend, then E Mail me at wgeofflee@gmail.com and ask for "Geoff Lee's RL Guidelines" and I'll send them to you.
Also worth looking at is my web site. Visit http://www.geofflee.net.
