Fax now have the third best defence, the third best attack and the third best points difference in the Championship.
They have also, out of the 8 matches so far, played 4 of the top 5 and looking at who the other teams have played so far I would honestly say that we have probably had the hardest opening fixtures out of most, if not all, the other clubs.

Which only makes the losses to Oldham and bradford even more galling. To be fair to the coach though we have a relatively new team but now's the time for SG to show us his mettle and gel this squad together and get us on a roll. Up The Fax!

I doubted Grix after the loss to batley and Oldham but things have improved. I noticed the stats yesterday and think we can make top 4.
York have dropped off since the ginger ausi half back got injured all been well he is not playing sunday and we should win . Goal kicker needs sorting though how long untill Robinson is back

In a generally tight league things can change so quickly and apart from Toulouse and Fev so far that’s what we’ve had and a couple of wins or losses will have a yo-yo effect throughout the season on league position supporters outlook and viewpoint. Nearer to home, up to now that’s how it’s been with Fax and most of us IMHO. Even on a game to game basis there’s been the good and bad on display in varying amounts. The more minutes we can have the good side of things on show will play a big part in improvement or not, the rest will follow either way in logical order.
