After the euphoria of our game against St Helens it is back to the bread and butter of the league. Sometimes it is hard to get the team up for games on the back of such occasions but that is Simon Grix's task this weekend. We've found it hard to put back to back performances together so far but hopefully Saturday will have galvanised the lads and we can take the points. I'll go for a narrow Fax win, Halifax 18v12 Toulouse. Up The Fax!

Big effort from the lads to back up from last week and there were a few tired bodies out there with 20mins to go.
Two or three chances in the corners that we just failed to get in with.
Another one that got away with a couple of errors and bad choices at crucial times that cost us.

So looking back on a terible season of turbulence why the hell did we sack richard marshall when we did? Whose great idea was that ? Another very winable match today ,that with more control was ours.formula 1 far more exciting

Possibly the most boring "sport" in the world, when someone makes such comparisons we're in trouble.

Only 1.290 in attendance today. I've said all along, with Fax being in the championship so long we've lost a generation of fans, we desperately need something to happen, new folk will not come along at 19 quid a shot. We need extra entertainment, bands or bouncy castles and where's ticket kiosks to sell tickets for the next game with discounts / gifts as an incentive? We're just plodding along expecting people o turn up yet we're dying a slow death in a dump run by an awful council.
