Looks like they broke the salary cap last season

Leigh Centurions have been deducted three league points after being found guilty of a technical breach of salary cap rules by an RFL Operational Rules Tribunal.
The breach occurred during the 2010 season and was caused by the Co-operative Championship club’s inability to reach anticipated levels of income.

Leigh will not be appealing against the points deduction, which takes place with immediate effect.

Attendances are on the up, and we have reached the final in Blackpool. I cannot see how this years squad costs much more than this years (unless a big Des up at Barrow has thrown a brown wad this way !) :lol:

All income goes to LSV, LRLFC then get paid after costs etc eg Sponsors meal generates £30 plus ticket leigh get £4 for the £30. If the RFL take the 4 not the 30 we will be done every year.
