Any news? Hopefully with no Thursday game we'll have a few more first teamers to draw in a crowd and it is our home round. No disrespect to the U23's. |

Like you say, playing a few first teamers (Hayley, Goddard etc) would potentially boost the attendance, but unless they release a provisional squad list, then people won't know. I would like to see a few down tomorrow night and build on the excellent crowd on Friday night, but in a dead-end competition, midweek and with players the majority of Fax fans won't have heard of, I can't see it exceeding 300. |

Incidentally an Oxo at the stall behind the South Stand £1. In the East Stand £2. Curtain raiser before the first game King Cross Park Kiddywinks v Siddal Kiddywinks, my grandson scored Parks only try. |

It was pretty cold, that wind whilstling around the east stand and plenty did leave before the final game. I saw it to the bitter end, and to be fair we didnt do too bad in the Bradford game. I like the concept but if the RFL want to explore this as an annual event they need to fit it into the calendar better and the clubs need to buy into it with better / more experienced players. If they do it again in the same way it will just be what it was this year. |

I went and got to ask what is the point of this competition? We were way off the pace Wakey and Hull looked good but won't be going to any more in future as not my cup of tea. If they do have a 9's have it all in one weekend or week not over a month! Another trial the RFL will bin is my guess. |
