Finish work at 5.00pm. Private jet from Barton Airstrip - 6pm. Hmmmmmm? Will have to land on the pitch to make it on time. Unfortunately my private jet does not have water-landers. Don't think I'll bother thanks. Will listen to the very balanced views of Radio Cumbria/Carlisle and turn it into a comedy evening instead. |

That's a joke of a kick off time, no doubt related to the (W)Rec(k)'s dreadful floodlights. |

personally think its a great kick off time.Back home much earlier for work following morning.have to take an afternoon off to get there anyway,so why not an early start ? cant see the relevance of floodlights  -but it did come from a leigh fan.

I think he was trying to explain that Haven's floodlights are not very good and could be the reason for the kick off time. It is not just to make it easier to watch for the speccies but also will help the players.
