alot is said about superleague being crash and bang, and not that exciting. But i think it is a joy to watch great defence in action. This is a very young side doing a great defensive job on a talented side, with simple technical methods applicated well. Three in attendance, 2 make the stop and and the third holds off to turn the the player over up top. Simple. It may owe itself to greater fitness, but very effective when done well. |

thought the team they put out did very well, as have the first team all season. maybe could borrow their defence plans and use ourselves. |

the lads proved at the start of the season they have the ability to defend remember the widnes games? they seemed to have lost some heart back there |

i think you said yourself pinball, its fitness. they managed to keep up the line speed and intensity for 80mins. its next to impossible for a part time team to be that committed all game. |

Good defence, indeed! Showed their first team how to do it after last week's debacle against the Dulls. Thought it was hilarious to see the Giants doing an 'Ian Millward' against the Saints with their team selection a week before the Cup Final. |
