League Express says the club (Halifax) are looking into the possibility of staging a "Double Header" for the Challenge Cup with Siddal vs Swinton taking place before Halifax vs Loughborough University. If this goes ahead it'd represent fantastic value for money with the £20 ticket for both Fax vs Blackpool and the Cup game which was advertised on the flyer handed out at the turnstiles yesterday, or even just the £10 on the day. |

I didn't get a flyer and missed what the announcer said about these tickets. Could someone please enlighten me? |

Season Tickets are valid for the Loughborough Match Those without season tickets can pay £20 on the gate at The Blackpool match (as opposed to the usual £14) and receive a ticket for the Loughborough game representing a saving of £6. |

Thought I heard that we can use our season tickets, I am very surprised as how are the clubs going to make any money on this as normally its all pay and a 50/50 split for Cup matches. Happy to make a donation myself but wondered is it because its a Uni team and they don't need any cash (apart from expenses) as the players are not paid? |

That's very generous of the club. The season ticket thing is a RL Wide initiative (sp) I can't remember it exactly but Mike Riley explained it to me a few months ago. As for the £20, Its a great deal, Saving £6 is always a welcome thing to do. I don't have a season ticket for a couple of reasons, so a benefit to those who pay on the gate regulary is welcome. |

Seems a good idea. On a more serious note, this Gaz Moore thing..... Who cares if the players at the club like a drink, afterall they are part time and what they do in their spare times is really up to them. As long as their not getting themselves into loads of trouble and are performing on the pitch who cares. At the end of the day the kid couldnt cut it and theres no point having someone on loan who isnt good enough to get into the team. |

I can't say that i saw enough of him to say he didn't cut it - we also knew his main talent was his kicking |
