Post subject: | Game on Wednesday |
What chance the game being on on Wednesday. Has there been any improvement to the area's around the ground? The street I live on has compacted ice on the road and looks like it would take a mighty big thaw to move it. If this is the same in the car parks and walkways around the shay it could take a while to be useable. |

They were short over the weekend (as were other councils). Heard on the radio its been shipped in from overseas even from as far as Tunisia... What do they need grit for. Its a desert. |

Tunisia has Salt lakes in the South of the County around the area where Star Wars was filmed. The Wtaer has dried up leaving massive Salt lake deposits. |

What do we reckon the chances are of it going ahead? It's definitely thawing but is it thawing quickly enough? No more snow forecast and sunny intervals with an average temperature today of 3degC, 0deg overnight and 5deg tomorrow. |
