I am pretty sure Iestyn will be relishing that. I haven't seen him "hide" from any tackling this season at all. And Whitehaven, Leigh, Gateshead, Sheffield all have big forwards who tried to target him.

Just watch out for:

Hardman
A. Kain
Tonks
Dickens
Field
Haughey
and new signing ... Ian Bell

There is one thing guaranteed.......... Thursday night will be a cracker.

Iestyn started very slow and casual for us when we ripped you apart on Boxing Day.

He has very slowly :D started to instill his authority... but then again as a slow, over weight, ex union reject  must be just ambling his way through matches, started to turn Fev into a well organised, strong outfit.

I get really peeeeeeed off reading about how crap he is from jealous, deluded , so called RL fans who.... lets face it, if you had the foresight to sign him, you would be as ecstatic as us Fev fans to have him in your team.

GET OVER IT.................... Iestyn is a Fev player and will cause you some grief next week. :P
Nah.

Hear all, See all, Say nowt. Eat all, Sup all, Pay nowt. And if tha ever does owt for nowt, Allus do it for thisen.

All players have weaknesses but for me a number of reasons why I do not rate Harris.

1 ) He sometimes is too slow both in mind and pacewise
2 ) Struggles to defend
3 ) Drifts in and out of games and sometimes never there!
4 ) He is old and will struggle in the warm weather
5 ) Overrated for me. Good player certainly at this level but not the best.
6 ) Doesnt like it when its physical

However he has experience and can guide a team around. He has a good kicking game and is a good influence on younger players. Fevs problem maybe that if he gets injured they have no attack. Whilst for Fax for example they have a number of options and can score from anywhere. fev have a good team but the question just like Barrow is IF they have a few injuries to Harris and a couple of others if they have good quality to replace them. I would not want him at Fax to be honest and good on Fev for getting him as its good to see Fev and others have some good quality Championship players as well.

Harris might be slow with his pace, but he's certainly not slow with his rugby brain, thats a ridiculous shout. I bet his mind works a second or so faster than most players in this league, a bit like gleeson. If anything this might make him look stupid as other players aren't aware of what he's going to do.

I'm now thinking it could be a Fax v Fev/Barrow final. Any takers?

Robs a quality player, he'll make yards allday long and do some fantastic stuff, unfortunately he's got some flaws in his game and is pretty much guaranteed to lose the ball at leats once a game!

As i've said previously Harris is a better player than holroyd.
