looking at the incident on the Courier video, Miles does kick out a little but he hardly touches him, you see a lot worse when player stick knees into oppo's heads when they are playing the ball.
IMO he should just get sending off sufficient. Any other ref would have just given a penalty, but oh no, not Mr "IM IN CHARGE" Hicks!

he only seems to lift leg and kick out to help get to his feet. not at the player.

whens the hearing? i think the ref got the defenders legs mixed up with greenwoods, coz he seems to lift his leg away from greenwood which with similar coloured kits might be confusing and this brings me to another point .... away kits . Why have Barrow and doncaster both played in blue when their away kits are totally different, who decides ? i thought Barrows was a joke , from a distance was hard to tell who was who.

From looking at that tiny video it seems Miles may kick out slightly but i really don't think there is much in it.
His clean past should see him receive 'sending off sufficient'
