That should be safe enough, presuming the path ways have been treated.

Its funny that in Munich that they do not use salt for paths but very small stones like shale or grit. Its not intended to melt the snow and ice but rather cause the Ice/Snow to become non slippy. The grit digs in to the snow / Ice and creates an abrasive texture. Wonder if that would be considered by the H6 S Bods safe in the UK?

Aren't we supposed to have a good relationship with the armed forces these days?

Couldn't they lend us half a dozen squaddies armed with flamethrowers?

Wouldn't the council have to do a risk assessment and training for use of flame throwers? This is calderdale council so they would be available in 2013

looks like i will have to sit home and watch the england freindly how boring.

nice way for the club to start the season with a fixture backlog. is it just me or is the shay pitch unplayable far more often that it should be.

over the past 2 seasons halifax town have had game after game postponed and they have ended up playing 3 games a week for the rest of the season.

now its effecting the the rugby matches too.

I seem to remember last season, Celtic postponed a game in this cup and didn't have to play it due to not being able to arrange an alternate date.
Think another side also didn't have to play for same reason.
Suspect that the RFL may decide to abandon the 1st round of fixtures if weather doesn't improve. It's not like it will lose any prestige

Very Unlikely that will happen, Season Ticket Holders and Sponsors have already paid for the round of fixtures, And games are schedueled to take place all over now,

Celtic's game wasn't replayed as it made no difference to their group no matter what the result.
