The statement from the BoD states HRMC liabilities have been settled, why then are they still having to go to the High Court? Can any one with a legal mind enlighten me please.

Hopefully it's not the same situation at Halifax and you manage to come through these problems.
I have a bad feeling this WUP turns in to a winding up order. Nothing the board say in that statement makes sense. They have had a month now since it were issued to sort it out if it were a mistake and there would be no need to go to a hearing. I really hope that the recent cash grabs have not been some last act of desperation and there is more of a plan in place but can we trust that to be the case?
