Well after being away for so long and missing all of the loses I can't comment on recent performances but yesterdays effort was not bad from when I last got to a game.
Discipline seemed a bit better, not too many mistakes and a fair dig in attack and defense.

Perhaps the most prominent aspect of the game for me, I couldn't help but think it was like watching too sides who had planned and hoped for so much more from the season but had come up short and were in no mans land going through a transition period.

There are plenty of good sides in the Championship. Traditional clubs are going to have to get used to being pushed down the pecking order. If Toronto and Toulouse get promoted over the next two or three years, who'll replace them in the Championship ? Huddersfield ? Salford ? Rervers ? Lahndon ? Leeds ?

Life's not going to get easier. We're all going to need to run harder to stand still.

At this rate the Championship will be full of good old fashioned local derbies and Super League will be a soul-less international comp.

Fingers crossed London will stay up and the next couple of seasons Toronto and Toulouse will get promoted with Hudds and Wakey coming down (Leeds won't happen unfortunately).

It was a pretty good showing from Fax with some excellent try's. Widnes did look poor but perhaps that was down to our dominance. More of the same please. The Grove, shuddersfield, Pomona Island APA 5.3% Mmm! Up The Fax!

Just re-watched this and we look a lot better than we have done discipline and handling wise

Larroyer - is he signed up if not then sign him
QLT - keep for next year seems to be starting to return to the form we know
Jonno - Needs a contract

Wont mind craven at 6 if we can tempt him from widnes as muzza is likely to retire and still looks unfit

And Im sure Murrell signed a contract extension for next year. Not a chance we could afford Craven even at the cut down price he is likely to be available at.

I’ve heard Craven will sign for Leigh next season, we have signed Jnr Sau today, and Mitch Clark for the rest of the season, ready for the play offs. :thumb:
