I saw Black & Penky have a bit of a spat at the Batley match. Add another hothead to that mix and the whole thing could fall apart. I'd save the money for a top notch signing or two for next year.
Although i find it hard to believe i still wouldnt say no to Briers joining our club!!!
He would tear it up in this division, dont know why certain people think he is disruptive, guess they have gained this opinion from rumours heard about the player.

Welcome aboard Lee!!!! (hopefully....)
I and am sure others have heard things from people within the game that don't impress me. Although to be fair I hear stuff about our current players that doesn't impress me, aslong as they do it on the field i'm not overly fussed.

If you met Lee, you'd find that he's a great guy. A nice bloke.
What goes on in the dressing room may be different though.
I've only met him a couple of times, but based on that I'd have him any day and if Matt Calland thinks he's good for our squad, then I'm not going to argue with a coach who has won the last 10 matches on the trot.
You've got to have a dream, if you don't have a dream, how ya gonna have a dream come true?
Are you claiming all you are entitled to? www.debtadvicenetwork.org then go to "Self Help" then "Benefits & Entitlements".
If you get LB good luck - he would be brilliant for you
He is Warrington. Without him, unless TS has a plan, we will suffer
When LB plays Wire do well when he doesnt we dont - He has single handedly moved Wire forward. Yes he does have off days and lazy days and jumping out of the line but he does create
Hope he performs for you if this rumour turns out to be true
People are kidding themselves if they think he wouldnt be a good signing. Quality player in SL think he might go ok in this league. Wont cost much either as Warrington are paying him off. Best mates with Gleese so lets see what happens. Always good fun starting rumours.

Is there actually any substance ot this rumour? Been thinking about it for about an hour now and have to say I reckon he would do a job for us.
Play Black at 7 and Briers at 6. Leaving Penky and Gleeson to share hooking role and Beswick at 13. That obviously leaves Govin out, but IMO he hasn't shown any real quality this season, but would he stay around as a squad player. And what message does it send to younger Bowman?
I'll wait until wednesday to see if we have signed him!!!
