Can the lads give us, the fans, one glimmer of hope in what has been a disastrous season for Fax? Beating the bulls won't make up for our shocking season but it would definitely make Sunday evening's beer taste better. Win this and we are safe with a trip up to 'haven to finish the season off. I'll go for Fax 23 v 14 bulls. P.S. If/when we walk out for the first game next year let's hope we have ditched the awful baby blue kit and get back to our proper traditional colours. Up The Fax!

It would be nice to get one over on our rivals, on paper they have a pretty big pack but to be fair to our lads the same could have been said about Toulouse and I thought the lads coming in did a good job and Hursey and Hird should hold on to their places on how they went in France. Fingers crossed we can get JWH back at FB because as well as we did play over there, its pretty clear we did lack much attacking flair with Woody on the wing and Morgan in the halves.
Realistically it might be the last time we get chance to put one over on Bradford for the next few seasons with the team they are building. Im going to go for Fax by one with a Joe Keyes drop goal winning it.

Like as been said this is our final home game of a very disappointing season. If we can get the win it will confirm our spot in the championship for next year then all we have to worry about is the off field stuff which should make for a interesting off season. I will go for a Fax win by 7 and as Greg said Keyes to kick a drop goal to seal the win.

I'm expecting your lads to come out all guns blazing. We could be short of a few backs (taufua suspended and Myers may be cited) and may have a makeshift wing/threequarter line. Also your old favourite (and our best forward) Doro is out with a back injury sustained at Sheffield. Think we'll look something like this:
Would be great if Crookes were available for this one - know he got injured ar Swinton but I've not seen an update since. I wouldn't touch the forward pack who more made up for their lack of size with their enthusiasm both in attack and defence. If we can play with our normal halves, fullback and either Salty or Tibbs on the wing id give us a fighting chance of an upset. A good performance and hopefully a win vital not just for championship survival but for the impact it could have on optimism and season ticket sales for next season.

Yes he did. Myers may get a ban for a late tackle but depends if the it gets picked up this week. If so we don't have any other centres so that would be a blow.
I'm hoping you lot pick Widdop in the halfbacks as you're a different proposition with him than when Jouffret and Keyes play together.

Good from a health point of view and at least the lad is okay because it looked like a nasty one but rate him so wouldn't have minded him needing to be rested for a week.
Can't see Widdop in the half's if everyone else is fit which he may not be himself , if he is more likely to be in the centres or on the bench.
Our other selection decisions will be on the pack as Kav and Gee have been usual second row but both Davies and Hursey Hoard went well in Toulouse, Finn rates Davies and Hursey scored twice so tough to leave either of them out of the 17 for a couple of reasons.
Hard to tell which version of Fax will turn up on Sunday whoever turns out though.

Bradford are there for the taking, I predict a close Fax win. It will be interesting to see if the North Stand is open, as according to Bradford crowds their fans appear to have returned in droves. (over 3k for their last 2 home matches).
Think it may depend on what happens the day before this game. If Widnes beat Toulouse, that offers us the chance of finishing second. So I'd expect us to come out all guns gazing too. If Toulouse win then I think that's us third no matter what we do in our last two games as I can't see Toulouse losing to Batley at home and Sheffield aren't going to turnaround a 127 points difference with two games to go.
