How do you add a team photo (held currently on my computer) to a message?

you gotta have it uploaded on the net first then paste its url inside [img](here)[/img]

You can't add one from your computer - it has to have a url, ie - it's got to come from a website. Try and put your photo on flickr and then you can add to a post using the [url]------------[/url] tags.

alternatively upload it to Photobucket and it gives you the right code to copy and paste to the message board (IMG Code)

I've been wanting to know this for ages . . . I am going to give it a go!

you got the wrong code mate. right click on the image...click 'properties' and copy the address there inside

Click on your flickr photo. Select "all sizes" above it. Pick a size, eg medium and right click over it. Go to properties and copy that url into your RLFANS tags.
