Last nights crowd was great, apart from a few morons who thought it was funny to start chanting the "F" word. There was also some bottle throughing going on in the south stand, albeit plastic. I think these were coming from some "fans" a couple of rows behind us. There was also some pretty nasty chanting at some widnes fans when we were walking back to the car after the game. I know that it is only a small minority but can we try and find out who they are and ban them from the ground. I for one don't like this type of behaviour at rugby matches and I wouldn'tlike us to get a reputation for this I think we need to encourage opposition fans to come to the Shay not intimidate them in this way. Can we nip it in the bud now!!!!!!

Swearing is going to happen whether we like it or not, it doesn't offend me and I do it in the heat of the moment. It didn't bother me when I was a kid up at thrum hall hearing swearing either, certainly didn't put me off wanting to go. Kids hear as much swearing at school as anywhere these days.

Didn't see any bottles being thrown, this is totally unacceptable if this did happen.

Just having a steward at the back in the middle of the stand would help. I can't understand why this has not happened if it has been reported?
Good crowd though and good noise made too.

an atmosphere that isn't created by people in matching shirts clapping along to a drum or novelty PA music might be nice!

Once again it has to be said its not the club who run the stadium its a certain stadium manager who works now for CMBC.
Don't hold your breath though!

We need a few stewards who will get these people and throw them out if it happens again.
The club can ask the stadium management to do something and stress its the clubs name that is tarnished if this carries on.
We as fans can speak to these numpties as well.

and i hear you on this as its been heard before but if fans react to this throwing objects and there is crowd trouble do you think the RFL will accept it is nothing to do with the club?

This is as been a problem in the past with the bottle throwing remember it happening against Salford last season which nearly kicked off a riot completly unacseptable
