The off season is upon us and despite recent difficulties on and off the field rumours will be rife of retentions and signings .
Think it was mentioned before that mcomb , kav n fairbank had re-resigned , confirmed today that tangata has signed . Calcott, Douglas , woody , inman, obrien already signed .
Rumours three lads from dewsbury, Owen restall , Brad graham , ronan Dixon ( some doubts regarding this with finn leaving)
Owen macarron second rower from Whitehaven played at a similar level to ryan king and walmsley, heard good things about him.
Jack Hanson scrum half from Sheffield heard good things but also heard York Knights are interested so not nailed on coming.
Seb ikahihfo devastating prop from Huddersfield but rumoured ti be retiring.

The more players the new coach can bring in who are his signings the better, likewise with retentions some are already done but on the rest he should have the last say.
Douglas still has a question mark depending on the decision regarding his hand injury and I hope he gets the go ahead.

Well Castleford are having a clear out, players leaving: Paul McShane, Corey Hall, Daniel Hindmarsh, Elie El-Zakhem, Jacob Miller, Brad Martin, Luis Johnson, Samy Kibula and Nixon Putt.
So maybe muzza might also move on, who knows. But after our experience with Greg Eden I wouldn't touch any of the above with a barge pole (even if we could afford it). The Fev fans thought Eden was a waste of space, was even dropped for their last match.

Corey looked really good when he first DR-ed at Fax but seemed to get less and less effective towards the end, just passing from dummy half and not running from the ruck.

His best form coincided with when we had the other Leeds lads in the pack just getting stuck in with their youthful enthusiasm and the same applied to A O’b and Tom.

Looked international class in home game against Doncaster, then became a victim of our cluelessness in a truly forgetful season.Hooker's one role we dont need next season..so see how he goes for Sheffield...hardly landed on his feet there though..
