Anyone on here know how the shares that various directors in the club work ? Are they directly involved in investment of the club ? Just want a general overview of how the ownership conglomerate works . Thanks in advance.

Ok to elaborate, I’ve noticed in the Halifax rlfc companies house shareholder Listings there’s a new shareholder cc holding ltd , who have the same owners as Deliveree who are one of our sponsors . They have 75000 shares which is more than Lawrence turner and Ian croad , Michael steel is still the majority shareholder.
